Cost of shipping is the clients' responsibility and will be added to the listed price.
Online orders will be securely packaged and sent within three business days. Standard ground shipping through Canada post is what I have used historically with no issues. Depending on the size and weight, this may vary. Canada Post quotes but does not guarantee delivery times.
Custom orders may take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. I want this to be a good experience for you and will ensure your item arrives in a timely, cost efficient manner.

Small cracks and imperfections are inherent in woodwork, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please return it within 30 days of purchase in original condition, and I will replace it with something close to what you have ordered. All projects are one of a kind.
